Are you looking for a unique opportunity to reduce your living expenses while making a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a Live-In Mentor for a shared home with 6 residents in beautiful Hyannis, MA. This role is primarily overnight, making it ideal for someone with a full-time job elsewhere who also wants to earn additional income providing light supports during mornings and evenings, and possible weekends if interested.

You’ll be part of a welcoming, vibrant community of young adults graduating from Riverview School in Sandwich this June—helping them maintain independence and build daily routines in a supportive environment.

Primary Responsibilities (Perfectly Suited for Someone with a Full-Time Job Elsewhere)

Morning Check-In (Monday–Friday, 7:30–8:00 AM) - Light wake-up prompts, reminders for ADLs (like toothbrushing, getting dressed), and helping everyone start the day with confidence.

Evening Check-In (Monday–Friday, 10:00–10:30 PM) - Gentle end-of-day routines, safety checks (doors locked), and ensuring everyone is settled and secure.

Overnight On-Call (365 Days/Year, 10:30 PM–7:30 AM)

Be on-site and available for any rare overnight needs or emergencies, offering reassurance and assistance as needed.


Flexibility for Additional Income:
If you're interested, there are optional opportunities to earn extra income by providing additional support on weekends and occasional extended shifts.

The ideal candidate is CPR certified, has experience or formal training working with individuals with disabilities, including autism and related conditions, and is compassionate, patient, and adaptable in supporting the growth and independence of each person.
