Individual Day Support needed for Adult

Description

Eric is high functioning Autistic. He lives on his own, is very self-sufficient and needs minimal assistance. He works at Foxwoods 2-3 days a week and has several outside activities.
What he needs is transportation to the grocery store, doctor's appointments, and dog grooming appointments (he has a small King Charles Caviler, very friendly). Some assistance with meal planning, and some direction/help with housekeeping.
Also, there are fun activities, like going for walks, the beach, movies and things like Sail Fest.
