40 Direct Support Professionals (PCA/CNA) needed 9am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, overnights 11pm-9am and Weekends, Relief

We are looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals(PCA/CNA)full time/part time and relief to join our team and provide outstanding care and support to the individuals we serve. Our Direct Support Professionals work inside our residential programs, helping our individuals with various activities of daily living and assisting them in reaching their personal goals. We have over 45 residential programs located in Northeastern Massachusetts.

If you have a MAP (Medication Administration Certification) we want you!! We offer and pay for all certifications.

Job duties:
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and help them get through their daily routine. This may involve laundry, cleaning, cooking, meal prep, and personal care.
• Promote healthy, engaging activities (going in the yard, gardening, sports, puzzles, art, listening to music).
• Administer medications as applicable.
• Provide transportation as needed in company vans. Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of individuals served by monitoring relationships for abuse/neglect, responding to health and medical needs, and responding to and reporting all emergencies
• Assist in creating a home environment that reflects individuals’ preferences and personality.
Qualifications:
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, (English) and follow a written Plan of Care.
• Must pass CORI and Background check
• First Aid and CPR Certification required before starting employment - we will help you obtain this!
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required
• MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred - we will help you obtain this!
• High school diploma or equivalent
