Role: Direct Support Professional
Location: Greenfield MA
Payrate: $19 -$22 (based on relevant education and experience)
Schedule: Part time create your own dayshift hours - potential for full time buildable caseloads!

Our services provide in home and in-community support to adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders. Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create and achieve individualized goals that improve overall independence at home and in the community.

Essential Duties:
You’ll support individuals in learning, maintaining, and improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
You’ll implement support strategies to achieve the individual’s personalized goals!
You’ll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to adults with disabilities.
Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
Must have flexible availability.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
