In Kansas, you may work for private pay individuals or for people enrolled in KanCare, a program for Medicaid eligible individuals with disabilities. If you work for someone enrolled in KanCare, you will receive your paycheck from a Financial Management Services (FMS) Provider that supports people with their employment related tasks.

Free Online Respite Training Course!
Rewarding Work is pleased to offer the National Respite Care Provider Training designed for people who are interested in providing respite care to individuals with varying disabilities and ages across the lifespan. The online course has 10 modules and can be taken at your own pace. After completing the training, you will receive a certificate of completion.
