Start your Applicant Search with a simple zip code search to get you an idea of the number of applicants in your area. Enter your zip code and click Search. Too many applicants? Decrease the number of miles to search. Too few applicants? Increase the number of miles to search.
Your search results will display above the zip code box, like this: Displaying 1-19 of 19 results.
Now you can customize your search. Click More Filters and select your state. Next, check the categories that you would like to include in your search.
Sample Search: Morning, Evening, Adult, CPR, Autism
Click Search for your results.
You will also notice a Keywords search. Here, you may enter any information you wish to search on, such as the first or last name of an applicant, the name of a city or town, or key search terms such as CPR or Hoyer Lift.
Click Search for your results.
Other Tips
- Once you have your search results, you may notice the word “new” beside certain applicant names. This “new tag” indicates that the applicant is new to Rewarding Work and has completed an application for the first time within the last 14 days.
- Click on an applicant’s name to read their complete profile. If an applicant has included a resume, you will see it as an attachment at the bottom of the profile.
- Click Back to Results to return to your search results page, and click Print if you want to keep a paper copy of the applicant’s profile.

Up-to-Date Applicant List
How do we keep our applicant list up-to-date? All applicants must login to renew or update their application at least once every 90 days to remain active on our website. This helps ensure that applicants on our website are available for work. Applicants receive automated reminders every 30 days – encouraging them to update their application or – if they have found a job and are no longer available – to suspend their application.
