Caregiver needed for Adult

My husband and I are looking to hire an experienced female PCA for a weekday shift, Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm with a half hour paid lunch break. The person whom we hire must be cheerful, kind and loving and able to work independently. She MUST BE in good health and have NO outside obligations that will prevent her from coming to work. Our daughter was catastrophically injured in a pedestrian/motor vehicle accident nearly 10 years ago when she was only 22. She is minimally conscious but does respond to love with smiles and, when wearing a speaking valve, will hum and vocalize. Although this position is paid through Tempus at $19.50 an hour, we will supplement that with an additional $5 an hour for the right person. There is also a paid half hour lunch break.
