There are many job opportunities throughout Massachusetts for Rewarding Work job applicants!

Individuals and families who receive funding through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and families who pay privately use Rewarding Work to find paid caregivers. In addition, human service agencies throughout the state use Rewarding Work to recruit talented staff members.

RewardingWork.org is always FREE for job applicants. After you complete your application, you will be listed on our database of workers, and individuals and families will be able to contact you directly to discuss the positions for which they need to hire. You may also apply for jobs listed on the Rewarding Work Job Board. Please remember to update your application every three months to remain active on RewardingWork.org!
