Special Notice for Massachusetts PCAs!

Effective July 1, MassHealth PCAs should complete applications on the all-new Mass. PCA Referral Directory to find and hire workers. Your existing Rewarding Work application will not be carried over to www.masspcadirectory.org.

However, your Rewarding Work application will remain valid and you may continue to update it. Rewarding Work will continue to have job opportunities for paid caregivers through MA Department of Developmental Disabilities and for families who pay privately.

  • Individuals who receive Massachusetts DDS funding will continue to use RewardingWork.org
  • Private-pay individuals will continue to use RewardingWork.org
  • Agencies will continue to use RewardingWork.org
  • Job applicants – may use both sites

 

 

 

 

 

 

Throughout Massachusetts family caregivers are hiring respite workers: Respite is temporary care that relieves primary caregivers from their caregiving responsibilities.

You also may be hired by someone enrolled in the MA Department of Developmental Services Participant Directed Program (MA PDP).

Individuals and families also may be looking for paid caregivers to support children and adults with disabilities and elders who have lost function due to the aging process.

RewardingWork.org provides a service for paid caregivers and respite workers to apply for FREE for full-time and part-time jobs working for individuals and family members. You may list your information, including certification and experience, on the Rewarding Work Directory applicant list. Only subscribers have access to this protected list.

After you complete your application, you may review jobs throughout Massachusetts listed on the Rewarding Work Job Board.
