  • What is Rewarding Work?
    Rewarding Work Resources, Inc, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to connect individuals with disabilities, elders, and families to qualified direct care workers. With headquarters in Brookline, MA, Rewarding Work currently operates in eight states. Click here for additional information.
  • How does it work?
    The RewardingWork/New Hampshire Care Directory lets you choose from a wide group of potential employees. With a simple click of a mouse, individuals can find the respite or direct care provider who best meets their needs. You can find direct care providers who live close by and can work when you need them. There is no limit to the number of workers you can contact through the site.
  • How do I login?
    After you register, you will receive a password by email. To ensure security, the system is case sensitive. You will need to login exactly as your login information appears. The first time you use the password you will be prompted to change it. You will need to enter your username (email address) and password each time you login.
  • Who is considered an employer?
    Upon selecting, hiring and making payment to a provider to work with your loved one, you become an employer. Employers are responsible for providing and managing payroll taxes, including federal/state and social security, and verification of citizenship to work in the USA. You are also responsible for providing workers'  compensation should an employee become injured on the job.
