If you are a resident of Massachusetts who participates in the MassHealth PCA program, you are eligible to receive free access to our database of available workers. You will need to enter your MassHealth number to show that you are MassHealth eligible when you first register.

Individuals with disabilities of all ages who get assistance from MassHealth should contact their Personal Care Management (PCM) agency to learn about eligibility for the PCA program. PCM agencies assist MassHealth members with conducting intake and orientation, skills training and evaluation of need for personal care assistance, and in seeking authorization from MassHealth for approval of the service to meet the member’s individual needs.
